WhatsApp said, India leads the use of video calls

-

After several months of testing, WhatsApp introduced the video calling feature on all of its platforms in November last year. Now, six months after the launch of this feature, WhatsApp has confirmed that India is at the forefront of using the video calling feature worldwide. In India, a total of 50 million minutes of video calls are recorded on WhatsApp every day, which is the highest in the world. These figures show why WhatsApp is an important country for future business. Look At 1.2 billion active users worldwide each month, India alone has 200 million active users. WhatsApp’s video calling feature has been successful worldwide and records over 340 million minutes of video calls every day. WhatsApp claims that WhatsApp users make more than 55 million video calls every day.
Out of 340 million minutes of video calls every day, 50 million minutes of video calls are recorded in India alone. Compared to its rivals, WhatsApp introduced the video calling feature late, but due to its large user base, the feature succeeded in a short period of time.
During the launch of the video call feature, WhatsApp stated that the new video call service has been optimized to work in India, where most people face poor internet connectivity.
WhatsApp recently gave a separate video call button for its Android user. The iPhone user had a separate button to make video calls from the beginning. Recently, WhatsApp also provided status features like Snapchat in their app, so you can set a photo, video, or video as your status.
